I've been living in Granada Hills for 19 years. We always get our food from Rincom Thai. Balboa Thai came on yelp so I decided to try it. I was really in the mood for Tom kha (shrimp coconut) soup. It was really good. Their Shrimp fried was also very flavorful. We found a new thai place now.

Yelp disappoints me once more.....I thought that 80 reviews with a 4 star rating meant good food. I mean it wasn't terrible but it's definitely not something I'd go back to spend money on. I got the spicy noodles with medium spice. The chicken was dried out and rubbery...a lot of people mentioned it in their review that the food was possibly reheated and that strikes me as true. The noodles were weird...like they bought the generic kind or the dollar store version noodles. The Thai tea was not great either.
I ordered to go and waited for the food that came out rather quickly. While i waited , i sat down at and noticed that the tables weren't clean...there was sauce smeared on it and crumbs. They weren't busy so I'm unsure as to why it was dirty. Customer service was basic just like the food. -

Tucked away in the corner, it was a pleasant surprise to find good Thai food at a good price.
My kids devoured a plate of pad see ew and chicken fried rice-- each priced at $8.95. I ordered the chicken yellow curry and chicken satay, and it was absolutely delicious. The curry was sweet and aromatic, while still having a strong curry flavor. The satay was juicy and perfectly charred. I'll definitely be returning when I'm back in town. -

Great Thai food. Their satay chicken is really yummy and if you love dumpling you gotta try their dumpling too. Steam is best in my opinion. I really enjoy eating there. The padThai is good too. Authentic Thai food in the area.

The best Thai Food in the Valley! Family owned restaurant, that comes with quick service, generous servers, and homemade meals. Angela is one of the best waitresses to have, she never leaves your drink empty and is always attentive. The food is beyond delicious from the chicken fried rice to the delightful dumplings. Everything is fresh and comes out nice and hot as food should. Thank you always for the hospitality your restaurant brings to us.
